1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use SoleCrush. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. SoleCrush is strictly an adults-only platform.

2. Waitlist & Account Registration

Access to SoleCrush is currently invitation-only via our waitlist. By joining the waitlist or creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information, including a valid email address.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and not share them with others.
• Notify SoleCrush immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

SoleCrush reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.

3. Platform Services

SoleCrush provides AI-powered tools for generating foot art imagery and videos, collecting AI character cards, and engaging in interactive AI companion storylines. The platform is currently in closed beta. Features, availability, and pricing are subject to change as we move toward public launch.

A free tier will be available at launch. Premium subscription plans will unlock additional features including unlimited generation, exclusive character access, and advanced video capabilities.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SoleCrush only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Attempt to access, generate, or distribute content involving individuals under the age of 18 in any form.
• Use the platform to harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from SoleCrush using bots, scrapers, or automated tools without our written consent.
• Share, distribute, or commercially exploit AI-generated content from SoleCrush in ways not authorized by these Terms.
• Impersonate any person, entity, or SoleCrush itself.
• Upload or introduce malware, viruses, or any harmful code to our platform.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations in connection with your use of SoleCrush.

5. AI-Generated Content

All content generated on SoleCrush is produced by artificial intelligence and is intended for artistic and entertainment purposes. Generated content is private to your account by default.

You may not publicly distribute, sell, or commercially exploit content generated on SoleCrush without prior written permission from us. SoleCrush does not guarantee the uniqueness of any generated content, as AI systems may produce similar outputs for different users.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform elements — including the SoleCrush name, logo, AI models, character designs, art styles, interface, and underlying technology — are the exclusive intellectual property of SoleCrush AI or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any SoleCrush IP without our express written consent.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

When premium subscription plans are introduced, billing will occur on the cycle you select (monthly or annual). All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. SoleCrush reserves the right to change pricing with advance notice to subscribers.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

SoleCrush is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of our services. The platform is currently in beta, and interruptions or errors may occur.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SoleCrush AI and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SoleCrush at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the applicable courts of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

SoleCrush may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our platform. Continued use of SoleCrush after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
